A 30-day return policy for eligible purchases from Kodagenix.com.

Return eligibility

Start your return within 30 days by emailing sales@kodagenix.com. Include your order number and the product you want to return. Your purchase must have been made on Kodagenix.com, and at least half the product must be returned.

How to return a product

Contact us before mailing your return.
Wait for the return instructions and mailing address.
Package the product securely and send it by mail. You pay the return shipping cost.

Refunds & fees

There is no restocking fee. Refund processing takes 7 to 14 days. If you have a question about an expected refund, reply to your return email with the order number.

Other retailers & exchanges

For an Amazon or other retailer purchase, use that seller's return process and policy. If you would like an exchange, contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the available options.
