How does the 10% member offer work?

Create your free account or sign in to your existing account to see your code. Use it once on an eligible one-time retail order, with no expiry. It cannot be combined with subscriptions, bundles, sale prices, other coupons or KG Rewards. Shipping, tax and wholesale orders are excluded. Creating an account does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Does membership cost anything?

No. Kodagenix membership is free. It does not create a subscription or recurring charge.

What happens to my existing points?

Your dashboard connects to the existing KG Rewards program. Sign in with the same Kodagenix account to access the points recorded there.

How do I earn and redeem rewards?

The current reward options, point costs and conditions are shown in your account. Eligibility and any expiration rules come from the existing rewards program; wholesale orders may have different terms.

Can I see older guest orders?

The dashboard shows orders linked to your member account. If a guest order is missing, contact us with its order number so we can help verify ownership.
