Before you order
Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of $99 USD or more delivered to the 48 contiguous U.S. states or the District of Columbia. Tax and shipping charges do not count toward the minimum. Eligibility and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.
Standard shipping is $7.95 for qualifying contiguous U.S. orders below $99. The free-shipping offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses. Enter your address at checkout for the services and charges available to those destinations.
Product prices are in U.S. dollars. Review the complete total before payment. Any shipment estimate shown for your order takes priority over general website descriptions.
Dispatch, delays & cancellations
We aim to ship within the time stated when you order. If no shipping time is stated, the U.S. mail/internet order rule generally requires shipment within 30 days. If we cannot meet the applicable shipping time, we will notify you of the delay and your choice to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel for a refund. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel and promptly refund the unshipped merchandise as required by law.
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order. Once a parcel has dispatched, it may need to follow the return process. This does not limit rights concerning a failure to deliver.
Tracking & delivery problems
Use the dispatch confirmation and carrier tracking information when provided. Check that your email, recipient name and delivery address are correct before ordering. Contact sales@kodagenix.com if tracking is missing, delivery is delayed, or a parcel is lost or damaged. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Orders outside the United States
Only destinations offered by checkout can be selected. Destination rules for supplements may differ. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm product eligibility, customs requirements, duties or taxes. Do not assume that destination charges are included unless checkout explicitly says so.
Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
