Using this store

This store is operated by Kodagenix LLC (“Kodagenix,” “we,” “us”). These terms describe use of our website and direct online purchases. Our Returns & Exchanges, Shipping and Privacy pages provide the related details.

Products and this shopping experience are intended for adults 18 and over. Use accurate contact and delivery information, protect your account credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Orders, prices & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise. Available options, stock, applicable shipping charges, discounts and taxes are displayed during shopping or checkout. Review the final total and selected products before placing an order.

Checkout and payment are handled through our Wix store and the payment provider selected at checkout. Adding an item to a bag does not reserve stock. If a stock, pricing or product-detail error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected unfulfilled items; we will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Specific promotions, rewards or subscriptions may have additional terms shown when offered. An ordinary one-time purchase does not by itself enroll you in a subscription.

Subscriptions & bundle savings

Subscription orders are optional. Choose delivery every 1, 2 or 3 calendar months to receive 10% off the eligible product price. Each selected subscription renews and charges automatically at the interval and recurring total disclosed at checkout, including applicable shipping and tax, until cancelled. One-time purchase does not create a subscription. Review and expressly agree to the recurring charges before placing a subscription order.

Manage and cancel future renewals in My Subscriptions before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order already processed. Contact sales@kodagenix.com if you need help. Our normal return policy applies to eligible delivered orders.

Bundle savings give 10% off an eligible retail order containing at least two different products when the bundle offer is applied. Multiple units or flavors of the same product count as one product. Subscription, bundle, coupon and KG Rewards discounts cannot be combined. Wholesale prices are excluded. Stock and product-label restrictions still apply. A bundle is a shopping offer, not advice to take supplements together.

Shipping, cancellations & returns

See our Shipping policy for delivery information and delay handling. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We will check whether dispatch can still be stopped.

Our voluntary 30-day guarantee applies to eligible direct website purchases. See Returns & Exchanges for the conditions, prepaid return process and refund timing.

Read the complete ingredient list, Supplement Facts, directions and warnings for the exact product and option you buy. Product formats, serving sizes and caffeine content vary. Preworkout Gummies contain 300 mg caffeine per gummy and are for adults 18+. Keep supplements out of reach of children.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or undelivered goods. Our voluntary return conditions do not limit those rights.

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date and, for material changes, an explanation here. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Contact us if you need help resolving a concern.
