Who we are & scope

This notice covers this storefront, its member dashboard and wholesale portal, and their connection to our existing Wix checkout and KG Rewards program. Those linked pages have separate browser storage and cookie controls. This storefront’s settings do not automatically change settings on another domain.

Information we use

• Shopping activity: product selections, quantities, cart identifiers and a visitor-session identifier needed to retrieve your bag.
• Orders and account information: when you continue to Wix checkout or sign in there, the details you provide can include your name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, ordered items, discounts, payment status and order history. Payment-card details are entered with the checkout payment provider, not in this storefront’s product forms.
• Wholesale applications: business names, business contact and address information, sales channels, optional license or resale registration details, product interests, application decisions, account terms, price approvals and quote correspondence. We use these to review and administer business accounts; submitting an application does not subscribe you to marketing.
• Rewards: account-linked point balances, available rewards, redeemed coupons and points history, obtained from the existing KG Rewards program.
• Communications: information you send when requesting support, a return, an exchange or a privacy action.
• Technical information: service providers receive information needed to deliver and secure requests, such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps and error/security logs.
• Preferences: this browser’s analytics, experience-insights and advertising choices and whether a Global Privacy Control signal is present.

Information comes from you, your browser/device, and service providers involved in your order or request. Please do not submit medical histories, health diagnoses, government identifiers or full card details in ordinary support messages.

Why it is used & who receives it

We use information to show products, maintain your cart, take and fulfill orders, provide customer service, process returns, prevent misuse, keep necessary business records and meet legal obligations.

• Wix: catalog, cart, checkout, customer authentication, order history and KG Rewards services.
• Payment providers and delivery providers: payment processing and shipping, with the information needed for those functions.
• Hosting, security and email providers: delivering the website, protecting it and handling correspondence. This storefront is hosted using OpenAI Sites infrastructure and its Cloudflare-based storage. Wholesale application details, approval decisions, quotes, approved prices and security audit records are stored there. Access is restricted to the relevant signed-in customer and authorized store administrators.
• Professional advisers or authorities: when necessary to manage a legal matter, comply with a valid legal obligation or protect rights.

See Wix’s privacy policy for Wix’s own processing. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries’ laws may differ from yours.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

Optional tracking starts only after you choose to allow it. The banner offers Accept all, Reject all, and Settings & partners. In Cookie settings you can separately allow Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity experience insights, and Meta advertising measurement. Nothing in these optional categories is required to browse or buy.

• Google Analytics: measures public-page visits, product views, cart actions, checkout starts and device/browser information to help improve the shop. This storefront does not enable Google advertising signals or send customer account identifiers through this integration.
• Microsoft Clarity: creates heatmaps and masked session recordings to help identify confusing pages. We apply content masking and do not call its custom-identification API. Its advertising-storage permission remains denied.
• Meta: receives public-page visits, product views, additions to the bag and checkout-start events after advertising consent, to measure advertising performance. We do not enable automatic advanced matching or send customer names, email addresses or payment details through this storefront’s pixel code. Meta may associate browsing with accounts or activity on other sites; this can be considered sharing or a sale under some privacy laws, even without a cash payment.

These storefront tags are excluded from sign-in, account, order, checkout and wholesale portal/application pages. Product identifiers, quantities and displayed prices may accompany these events. Selected campaign parameters help attribute a visit across the storefront and checkout after consent. These events are not verified purchases; completed purchase events are managed by the separate Wix checkout integration. This storefront does not synthesize purchases or launch advertising campaigns.

Providers receive technical request information such as IP address and browser/device information when their tools load. Learn more in the Google privacy policy, Microsoft privacy statement, and Meta privacy policy. See Cookie details or change cookie settings.

The existing Wix checkout, account and rewards experience has separate Google Analytics, Meta, Clarity and affiliate integrations. Your choice here does not automatically update those services or their server-side events; use the Wix cookie controls and contact us for an account-wide request.

Your privacy choices & requests

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: email sales@kodagenix.com to make an opt-out request. No account is required. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold, and ask about withdrawing consent, portability, restrictions or an appeal where applicable law provides those rights. State your request and how we can contact you; do not email identity documents unless a secure verification process is separately arranged.

We may need proportionate information to verify a request or an authorized agent, and may need to retain records for orders, security or legal obligations. We will explain applicable limits and respond within the time required by the law that applies. For Nevada requests covered by NRS 603A.345, our designated request address is the email above and the response period is normally 60 days, with a permitted extension of up to 30 days notified to you when reasonably necessary.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through their unsubscribe link. Necessary order and service messages can still be sent. A privacy request should not prevent you from exercising legally protected rights without discrimination.

Browser signals: Global Privacy Control keeps Meta advertising disabled, even if an earlier choice allowed it. The older Do Not Track signal does not change the explicit choices in our cookie controls. You can withdraw any optional category through Cookie settings; the page reloads when necessary to stop previously loaded tools. Withdrawal stops future collection here and clears accessible related first-party cookies, but does not itself delete information already held by a provider. Browser signals here do not automatically communicate an account-wide request to the separate Wix services; you can contact us to make that request.

Retention, security & children

We retain information for the purposes for which it is needed, including completing orders, resolving returns and disputes, preventing fraud and satisfying tax or other recordkeeping obligations. The period depends on the information and purpose; a deletion request is assessed against those obligations. The browser preference expires after 180 days. Visitor storage is described in the Cookie policy.

Use a secure connection, protect your account password and do not send card details by email. No method of transmission or storage is risk-free.

Our products and shopping experience are intended for adults, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take the appropriate action.

Product recommendations

If you opt in to Product recommendations, this browser can remember product IDs and times from your visits to this store for up to 30 days. Suggestions may reflect those viewed products. This local recommendation history is not matched with your customer account or shared with ad partners. We do not infer health conditions from it or personalize product prices. Without this permission, you receive suggestions based on the current page or bag and the public catalog. Clear the history or withdraw permission in Cookie settings. See the cookie details.

We will post an updated date when this notice changes and describe material changes here. New optional tracking requires an updated notice and controls before it is enabled in this storefront.
