GLP-1 & supplements: understand the evidence
Compare medicines and supplements, look at human research on berberine and fiber, and learn which details matter before interpreting a product claim.
Read the GLP-1 guide ↗A useful study tells you what was tested, at which dose, in whom and for how long. Those details matter when you compare a supplement.
Read the product label alongside research. An ingredient name alone does not establish that two products use the same form, extract strength or amount. Published ingredient research is not a clinical trial of a finished Kodagenix formula.

Read the GLP-1 guide ↗A randomized crossover study in 41 men compared a single 8 g citrulline malate dose with placebo during bench-press training. It reported differences in repetitions and post-exercise soreness. The tested dose and exercise protocol are specific; the results cannot be transferred to a different amount or multi-ingredient gummy.
Pérez-Guisado & Jakeman, 2010 · PubMed ↗An eight-week randomized trial enrolled 57 men with little resistance-training experience and used 300 mg of a particular root extract twice daily. Improvements in some training outcomes were reported. That study does not establish the results of Alpha Test-RX or equivalence between different extracts and serving amounts.

A supplier’s raw-material certificate is not a finished-product clinical trial. Ask which lot was tested, what the test measures and whether the document covers an ingredient or the finished product.
