Wholesale terms.

Applications and approval

Wholesale access is for businesses approved by Kodagenix LLC. Submit accurate business and contact information and apply only if you are authorized to act for the business. An application does not guarantee approval, a credit account, tax exemption or a particular price.

Prices and minimum orders

Approved prices and case quantities appear in your portal or written quote. The minimum wholesale product subtotal is $300 USD, excluding shipping and taxes. Products without approved wholesale pricing require an individual quote. Final availability, shipping and taxes are confirmed before payment.

Payment and separately approved terms

Payment is due at checkout before fulfillment. Credit, invoice or other payment terms apply only when Kodagenix separately approves them in writing for your account. Business approval alone does not grant payment terms. Any account-specific written agreement takes precedence where it expressly addresses the same matter.

Tax and resale documents

Providing a registration number or resale permit does not automatically make an order tax exempt. Kodagenix may request supporting documents and will confirm whether an exemption applies. Do not submit Social Security numbers, personal identity documents or payment-card information through the application.

Orders and shipping

Use the portal for approved orders, order history and available tracking. Shipping estimates and available services are shown during checkout or in your written quote. A tracking number appears when recorded by the fulfillment team or carrier. Contact us before ordering if a delivery date is essential.

Product presentation

Use accurate, current product information and packaging. Do not alter labels or make unsupported medical, performance or certification claims. Follow the applicable laws and the rules of your sales channels. Wholesale access does not itself grant marketplace category or advertising approval.

Returns and support

Unless a separately approved written business agreement states otherwise, our published returns and exchanges policy applies. Mandatory rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected. Contact sales@kodagenix.com about an order or application.

Privacy and changes

We use application information to review your business, manage access, administer orders and communicate with you about the account, as explained in our privacy policy. Check your account for review results. These terms do not enroll you in promotional emails.
