These gummies do the trick. They provide that bit of extra "umph" to my workout WITHOUT caffeine. I'm very sensitive to caffeine and can't have more than about 5-10 milligrams in a day without losing sleep. I got these at the Mr. Olympia in Las Vegas where I had to search for hours to find a pre-workout product without caffeine. Thanks Kodagenix for making a great product for those of us who are caffeine intolerant.

Great flavor and even better pumps! Never seen this type of product before so I had to give it a try and was blown away. Definitely recommend for lifters at all levels! Especially great for late night workouts when you don't want caffeine.
